QHow do I place an order?
Open the product, choose your options, add it to the bag and fill in your name, mobile number and address. You pay cash when the parcel arrives.
QHow long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5 days. Inside Dhaka is usually faster than outside.
QHow much is the delivery charge?
It depends on the product and your area — the exact charge is shown on the product page and again before you confirm the order.
QCan I return a product?
Yes. If an item is damaged or not as described you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
QHow do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and the mobile number you gave at checkout.
QHow can I contact the store?
